Approach

The course of a forensic investigation is often unpredictable. By informing you regularly you will remain informed of the status and progress of the investigation.

Approach

We always start our investigations with an assignment formulation. This arises from the investigation objective that we formulate with you.

We advocate a phased approach; we divide our investigation into steps. This allows us to focus on the most important questions and, if necessary, adjust the investigation in a timely manner. This way we can ensure that we keep the investigation activities as limited as possible.

The investigation itself consists of various activities, including analysing and combining various (digital) data, such as financial administrations, legal documents and other (digital) files. Furthermore, an important part of our investigations consists of conducting interviews with those involved.

If necessary, we use Zylab, an expert in unlocking large amounts of unstructured digital data and making it efficiently searchable. We examine digital data, such as e-mail messages, using keywords.

We present our findings in an investigation report. This can be submitted in a legal procedure. We are often asked to provide recommendations. These will help you avoid similar issues in the future.

The course of an investigation is often unpredictable. By informing you regularly you will remain informed of the status and progress. We discuss all scenarios with you so that the correct follow-up actions can be initiated. This enables you to make responsible decisions.

We adhere to our professional standards; rules for forensic accountants and private investigators. Integis has the mandatory permit from the Ministry of Justice and Security.

Our tariffs

Every investigation is unique. How we tackle implementation also differs per investigation.

Prior to an investigation, we invite you for an exploratory conversation. This is to discuss your problem and the objective of any work we may eventually carry out. Together with you, based on the information available, we establish the nature, extent and depth of the investigation. This is described in an investigation plan, together with the expected time and costs involved. We do not charge any costs for the exploratory conversation and the investigation plan.

We charge a standard hourly rate for our work. We inform you regularly about the hours worked, so that you can monitor them. We do not include any mark-up on charges for hiring external expertise.
