Support during disputes

Integis provides financial-administrative support when disputes arise between parties. We provide advice or carry out an investigation in case of a legal conflict. We provide the following services:

Financial-administrative support; such as drawing up benefit calculations, support during a bankruptcy investigation, drawing up damages calculations or analysing financial-administrative data.
Contra-expertise; assessment of investigations and reports of other parties for completeness, correctness, consistency and compliance with the required procedures. Examples of these are investigations by enforcement or supervisory bodies and auditors. Other possibilities are contra-expertise on decision documents of management board and works councils.
Acting as expert; Integis employees are often invited to act as an expert, both judicially and extrajudicially.

We support committees. This usually concerns investigative committees set up by government bodies. Complaint committees also request our expertise.

Investigation into policy and specific phenomena

We support government institutions, companies and branch organisations in preparing, implementing, assessing and/of reorienting policy. For instance, in the form of investigations into possible effects of (integrity) policy that has either been proposed or which has already been implemented.

Investigation coaching

Some organisations may have their own investigative team, but may find their investigative capacity is limited. They may have financial specialists in-house, who have not yet been confronted with fraud investigations (or not with a specific case).

For these circumstances, Integis offers the possibility of investigation coaching. In this case the organisation’s own employees mainly conduct the investigation themselves, under the expert guidance of Integis.

This saves on costs while also providing experience for the future.
